Our Cattle

Cows

We have an assortment of mamma cows. We have Angus, Herford, and Balancers (Angus X Gelbvieh).

Bulls

We currently have two bulls.

Curly Joe is the main bull. He is a Balancer. Which means he is half Gelbvieh and half Angus. He has a herd to breed every spring and fall calving season. He also acts as a clean up bull when the AI doesn't take.

Pretty boy is a young bull that is being raised to hopefully take over the main spot one day. He is a Hereford X Angus cross.

Artificial Insemination

Artificial insemination (AI) is a method of breeding cattle using frozen straws of semen.

I got certified to AI in March of 2021. We use this in our program to improve genetics, health, and quality of our cattle.

Feeder Calves

We can sell quarter, half, or whole bovine.
