The puppy will be sold to the buyer healthy and well socialized and ready to be your forever companion, providing the buyer with much joy and love. The buyer must be a responsible dog owner hereafter. The puppy has been examined by a veterinarian and deemed healthy and free of congenital defects. It has been given its age appropriate vaccines and dewormed per the veterinarian’s protocol. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary bills after delivery. There is a 1-year health guarantee that the puppy will be free of life threatening genetic diseases only. Any health related problems should be discussed with a vet and LF Ranch. Written documentation of a genetic defect must be documented by a licensed veterinarian and sent to the breeder. A puppy found to have a life threatening genetic defect will be replaced with the next available like kind puppy. There will be no cash refunds. If for any reason the buyer can not keep the puppy it must be returned to LF Ranch.
A non-refundable $300.00 reservation fee is required to hold a puppy. No puppy will be held without a reservation fee. Cash, venmo, or PayPal is accepted for a deposit. Venmo or PayPal must be done through friends and family or an additional 3% must be added on. Terms of payment will be discussed with the buyer. Full payment, including shipping costs is required before shipping and or at the time of pickup in person. Shipping by air is available with Puppy nanny only. Ground transportation may be available as well. Arrangements must be made in advance.
All puppies are sold as pets only and must be spayed or neutered by the age of two unless breeding rights have been agreed upon. There is no guarantee of conformation, size, color, show or breeding soundness. All puppies will be eligible for AKC limited registration. The puppy may or may not come with full AKC registration. This decision will be at the breeder’s discretion and will be discussed with the buyer prior to the full payment. If the buyer is purchasing with full breeding rights or limited registration, the breeder requests that the buyer registers the puppy with the prefix, LFR’s……………..
